Throughout my childhood, the oven dish Keshi Yena was made by my mother. I love this simple dish. It tastes even better the next day. I like to vary the vegetables in this dish. I don't have any pictures of this dish yet.
500 grams minced meat
Cheese (Oude of Jonge kaas)
Onion
Paprika
Vegetables
Breadcrumbs
(Raisins)
Nuts
Eggs
Prepare the minced meat on the stove with onion and pepper
Add herbs and vegetables
Let it cool completely
Butter an oven dish
Cover the entire bottom of the oven dish with cheese
Add the minced meat mixture
Cover the mixture completely with cheese
Beat the eggs
Cover it with the beaten eggs
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top
