'Promotiemedewerker' The Start

After I decided I didn't want to be a vet anymore I walked into Randstad and got a gig to promote dog and cat food. I had to dress into a dog and cat mascot on a beurs. It was uncomfortable, but I did it and liked it actually. 

More Work As A Promotion Officer

So after a while I got other promotion work from Randstad at Bananas (Always the startingpoint in Hoofddorp), where I promoted Pringels, Coca Cola, Aquarius, Hot & Steamy fridge food (yak!) and some kind of hand computer. I was always dressed in jeans and t-shirt with the logo of the brand on it and I went to winkelcentra, beaches, beurs all over The Netherlands. 

Driving To Promote Big Brands That Where Introduced To The Netherlands

I learned to drive in The Netherlands with Bananas (it is different from driving on Curaçao) and sticked with this job almost till the end of my Business Economic study. In the second half of the third year I had my first internship and stopped. Also I was once a week a student-assitant at the Helpdesk of HES Amsterdam during this job.
