Additional Resources will be added in the future. A list of hypothesized list of resources can be found on the HL7 wiki. Feel free to add any you feel are missing or engage with one of the HL7 Work Groups to submit a proposal to define a resource of particular interest.
将来的には新たなリソースが追加される予定です。HL7 Wiki [wiki.hl7.org:FHIR_Resource_Types] には想定されるリソースの一覧が公開されています。追加提案は自由です。また特定目的のリソースを提議する提案 [wiki.hl7.org:FHIR_Resource_Proposal] を HL7 のワークグループ [hl7.org:committees] に提出することもできます。
