Sashes

Many Dhe'nar wear rune-embroidered sashes to state their rank, and often, lack thereof. Most commonly, when a Dhe'nar is exiled and cast out, that "rank" is displayed on a sash. However, other ranks and insignia can be displayed on a sash as well.

Sashes make excellent badge banners, in other words.
