Remaining 2009 Fixtures

Results

A day of fine, sunny and extremely windy conditions was enjoyed by 28 players at the superb Saunton East course on 25th March – see the website for the results.

Spring meeting

This will be held at Bowood Park Golf Club (near Camelford) on Monday 8th June, play starting early from 9am. The morning competition will be a 9 hole medal played over the back nine holes for the Galleon Salver(holder Brian Tozer), and the afternoon will be an 18 hole individual stableford for the John Nicks Memorial Trophy(holder Martin Hailstone). Sorry, coffee on arrival isn’t included due to the early start, but coffee and a bacon bap will be served after the 9 hole comp, and then a two course meal on a rolling basis after concluding the golf. The overall cost of the day will be £38.

Buggies available if required (01840 213017 and ask for the golf shop).

The twos sweep will only be held over the 18-hole competition.

Just a reminder to those who have entered that preliminary round and subsequent first round matches should be completed by the 30th June.
