2009 Fixtures

Results

The results of the Autumn meeting, played at Bigbury on a very windy but eventually sunny day back in early October, appear on the website. Matt Stone retained the Kelly Cup – since he and John Barnard were all square after 18 holes at Bigbury, they then played another 18 at the Warren on 31st October to decide the outcome and Matt prevailed.

Winter meeting

This will be held on the East course at Saunton Golf Club on Wednesday 25th March, play starting from 10.30am. There will only be 18 holes played - the round will be both an 18 hole individual stableford (played in 4s) for the Reg Smith Trophy (holder John Baker) in tandem with a four ball betterball for the Winter Cups. There will be coffee on arrival and a one course meal, and the overall cost of the day will be £44, which will include a twos sweep.

If you’d like to enter the knock-out please let Neville know – this will be the 20th year the competition has been held.

South Coast Salver (team of 12 players required on 27th April)

Please also give Neville your name to indicate availability to play in this event, which involves 2 rounds of stableford, greensomes and singles. It will be held at Elfordleigh Golf Club (near Plympton).
