America

In your efforts to consolidate power and oust the corrupt capitalist government from office, you have angered, quite possibly, the most powerful country in the world. With one fell swoop, they could wipe you and your fledgling government off the map.

And they're only 90 miles away...

As newly appointed Prime Minister of Cuba, what do you do?

1. Contact the Americans. While Eisenhower isn't known for being friendly to communists, he must certainly be a reasonable man. The American people would certainly not elect a madman as their President. Perhaps a deal, a truce perhaps, or some sort of understanding can be reached.

2. Contact the U.S.S.R. Khrushchev, the leader of the Soviet Union, has been very supportive of your revolution. He congratulated you on your success. The two of you have very similar political beliefs and both of you hate capitalism. Perhaps having the Soviet Union as a friend would be a great deterrent to America. The only issue is they're half a world away.

3. Do nothing. The Americans did not step in when you waged a guerrilla war against their puppet Batista, so what is to say they'd step in now? For now, it is time to just sit back, relax, and enjoy your victory.
