Old Business
· Beach Cleaning – the future plan for regular maintenance/cleaning of the beach was discussed. DEP approval is needed to allow any vehicle to transport seaweed from one area of beach to a different location. A committee was identified, SUE FINE Chair/ Beach Committee. · Street Signs/Street Safety – new signage for all Crescent Beach Roads was reviewed. A plan has been implemented and new signs are being purchased. A motion was made and approved to authorize an expenditure of $1,414.00 to purchase 14 PVC poles – Jeremy Collier
New Business
· A letter submitted by the Point Connet Association was shared with C.B.I.A. members regarding a concern over misuse of their newly created basketball court.
· Raft Update – the estimate of damage was submitted by Howie O’Hara and could cost up to $4,500.00. A motion was made and accepted to authorize this expenditure and repair the raft.
· Summer calendar to be developed for the 2012 Summer – please consider volunteering to coordinate a summer activity on behalf of the Association.
· The C.B.I.A. Art Show at Raymond Hall is scheduled for July 21st
