1) The labor day 2016 meeting minutes and treasure report are now posted to the website. One noteworthy update from the meeting is that Paul O’Donnell expressed that he would like to step down as CBIA president. Paul has been serving on the board for 11 years. Watch you emails for further communication on the process for nominating new candidates next summer. Below is the link to full meeting minutes.

2) Thank you to all 2016 dues paying members. A document with the 2016 members as well as households we did not receive dues for is posted to the web site. Below is the link.

3) Sadly over the summer, the "We Love our children sign" was stolen. If you have seen it, please notify the CBIA board. A picture of "before and after" is posted to the web site. Below is the link.

4) Last week (not related to the sign) several unlocked cars were broken into. Also, one car that had keys left in it was stolen at 3am. Fortunately, the owner caught them in the act and the police quickly arrived and the thief ditched the car before it was gone from the crescent beach neighborhood. So please do be mindful and aware that this sadly happens.
