Bracers of Mighty Striking(PHB,2/12/22)

Only blue for Chasers. The rest won't make enough basic attacks to matter that much.

Iron Armbands of Power(AV,6/16/26)

Boring, but usually required until you talk the DM into letting you find an Ioun Stone of Insight

Quickhit Bracers(AV,5/10/15)

More DPR, only for Critvengers who spam Twin Strike. If you get these instead of IAoPs, consider a Radiant Weapon to get your Item bonus to damage back. Better if your DM lets it count as a new damage instance

Utility

Bracers of Bold Maneuvering(AV,8/18)

For martyrs who need to move around freely, but have been through enough. +4 to AC against opportunity attacks for a turn. Later, you get one automatic miss as well.

Bracers of Mental Might(AV,6)

Where it would be most handy is in poached multi-attack powers (for 13-str Fighters), but it only affects a single attack, not a single power. However, if you want your scrawney avenger to break down doors with his anger, this here's your item. Or if you just want to hit with your PPs encounter power, here you go.

Counterstrike Guards(AV,4/14)

Strikebacks, but on a miss, and a daily power. Better at 14, when it's an encounter power.

Mindiron Vambraces(AV,8/18/28)

Hopefully your DM will agree that the secondary attack should get rerolls. But still, static attack boni suck.

Trollhide Bracers(AV,19/29)

Regeneration is always good. But there are other slots that offer regeneration and don't conflict with IAoP.
