Psirri (ψυρρη)

Psirri is a small neighborhood located between Omonia, Monastiraki and Metaxourgio, in the northwest of the Acropolis. A very central area worth visiting for its chaotic aspect, there are many small craft workshops and bars. Indeed Psirri is one of the hot spots of Athenian nights, during the weekends bars are full and the streets are crowded. There is something for all budgets and all tastes.

Except bars, Psirri is also interesting for its antiquarian's shops, every weekend they put their wonders in the street, Psirri then get a warm and colorful look.
