Player Types Theory

Types of players (Based on tanks played) -

Generalists - Generalists are players that are good at a multitude of tanks but do not particularly shine in one area. They would rather spend their time playing with different tanks everyday rather than the same ones all the time, which further balances their skill across several different tanks. They don't have a real preference for any kind of tank, and are equally good in all.

Specialists - Specialists are players that focus specifically on one tank and shine in that one area. They are usually seen playing the same tank most of the time, further increasing their skill on said tank. They won't use other tanks, only the same tank with different builds to fit their different needs.

Generalizing Specialists - Generalizing Specialists typically have a talent with many different tanks. They aren't full on generalists because they choose to play only one or a few select tanks at most. However, they aren't true specialists because they can usually shine on multiple tanks, and they choose not to play each one much. They don't shine in any one tank though.

Multiple Specialists - Multiple Specialists are players that choose two or three tanks, sometimes different types of tanks completely, and to specialize in them to improve their skills across a larger board. They do this to have multiple options in different situations. But like specialists, they will not venture often out of their comfort zone.
