This will guide you how one can file case/compliant against any Service Provider Organisation (Opposite party)

Step1:

Register your complain with National Consumer Helpline.

Better call them and register your complain, as online registration do not work some times.

Step2:

In most of the cases National Consumer Helpline ask you to send a registered application stating your complain to the Opposite party.

Step3:

Send a registered remainder to the Opposite party.

Step4:

If Opposite party have not replied or you are not satisfied with their proposal you can proceed for filing case in consumer forum as per advice from National Consumer Helpline

Step5:

The details for filing the case can be obtained from http://www.consumerredressal.com/

Step6:

Depending on your location select the District Consumer Forum Office

Step7:

Prepare an application according to below format

Step8:

Arrange all the evidence in hard copies and submit to District Consumer Forum Office

You will need total of 5 Copies, three copies for Consumer Forum Office, one for each Opposite party and one for yourself.

Step9:

You should have DD in favor of following for Rs 100.0

After Submitting the form you can ask for Hearing Date.

Hearing Date is the day where one need to explain his problem according to the submitted document.

Please be prepared about what to say and be precise.

Here onwards you are in state of fighting Court Case (Consumer forum Court).
