GOAL(s): The goal was to just make sure that I got everything done on time and to make sure I liked what I was doing. I also wanted to explore the ingredients drugs that people take for Eczema, acne, and Rosacea. I wanted to learn about medicine, and see if people need a prescription to get over the disease that they are suffering. To see if the ingredients in the medicine or gels/creams/topical are doing what they say they do. I also wanted to do this for my gain to see how I can help my skin get over dryness, acne, and rosacea/inflammation. The resources that I DID use were the internet, I used the internet just to figure out what it is, symptoms, causes, the areas you get it, and the medicine or treatment you need to help it. I wanted to use the people around me so I decided to make a list of people with skincare routines, that helped me throughout the project. I as well wanted to get as much information from professionals as I could. I wanted an Aesthetician, a Physical assistant (in dermatology), and a Medical Doctor (in dermatology). I chose this topic because medicine is such a big thing at this time, we need it for colds, pain, diseases/illnesses, and even our benefits like acne. I enjoyed listening to and reading about it. Skin is something I have loved for a very long time and wanted to explore.
REFLECTION: Different people have different things that they use. The biggest thing that shocked me was: that people with clear skin, can still use products for acne or have a skincare routine. In the project itself I learned that sometimes you shouldn't always use a doctor's prescription, most of the time the doctor isn't specialized in that field. Some take-a-ways are people in the medical field, they don't like to give you a direct time or date and it takes a while to finally contact them or reach them. Everything was amazing, I wouldn't have changed it for anything else, I had amazing people that I talked to, had amazing people give me answers, and just amazing. Going back to the take-a-ways, the medical industry is just frustrating and angry. I don't know what I would have done differently. I'd say If I was to continue doing this project, I would research more medicine, breach out and find different types of medicines.

OUTCOME: The outcome that I was hoping for where to meet with three people that work with skin. To have a presentation that I am happy with presenting. A final product that I enjoyed doing to have done. The final product that I originally thought of doing was to try different routines, but I realized that I didn't have the time for that so I decided to write down other people's routines on how they take care of their faces. The goal that I had was to make sure that I got everything done and make it so I like it. Which I did and accomplished.
