DESCRIPTION: In Big Picture, we believe it is important to learn in a variety of ways, and one of those ways is reading. But we also value student choice, so we give BP learners the option of selecting the books they read. Learners are required to read 2 books per semester. The books may be fiction or non-fiction, and we encourage you to read books related to the projects you are taking on.

Where Tangents meet- (By) instantmiso
Summary- Landon is known for his family being models, but he's not one. He tries to hide but can't because of how attractive he is, he has his secrets that no ones knows. He bumps into a girl named Rachelle, that's when things start to change
What I like about it- It was a very romantic comic, it made me cry, angry, frustrated, it gave me a bunch of feelings that I never thought that I would have with a book.
Winter Woods- (By) COSMOS/VAN JI
Summary- Winter was created by an alchemist, there are not many of his kind left. A place takes winter away where they do experiments on him, to then take him to Jane. Jane is a human, Jane finds Winter and takes him in. He is living with Jane and learning what it means to be human
What I like about it- Another romantic comic, it was the best thing that I read in a long time. It has such a great story, such great drawings, just an overall great story. Left me wanting to read it more.

Ecstasy Hearts- (By) SilentMaru
Summary- Shimizu Anya is the daughter of the two former top Tennis Players of the world. And now, it's her time to conquer the domain of Professional Tennis at least until her destined rival came and completely crushed her before she could even break out of her bubble. This is where her one sided rivalry begins.
What I like about it- Very dramatic, left me angry because of the cliff hangers the author leaves you on

Summary- Sia is a modern-day vampire who absorbs energy from humans by touching them instead of drinking their blood. She has been desperate to touch Jiho since the day he moved in next door -- but he's a germaphobe. Will Sia best his mysophobia and get to touch Jiho?
What I like about it- One of my favorite books in the whole world. I absolutely loved reading it, it kept me wanting more all the way till the end. Gave me many emotions threw out the book, that I never though that I could feel with a comic book.

Sirens Lament- (By) instantmiso
Summary- Content with her ordinary life, Lyra was somewhat of a wallflower. However that wallflower goes astray when she accidentally comes across a siren. Lyra founds out she is entangled in a a siren curse
What I like about it- This is another romance comic that I have never seen in the way that it was done before. The comic was very dramatic, romantic, and in some cases very suspenseful. The way that the story came together was brilliant. The way that the different characters came together and the development was amazing.
Freaking Romance- (By) Snailords
Summary- Finally being on her own, Zylith buys in an apartment. She soon figures out that it is haunted by a handsome pop star from another dimension. She can see him and he can see her they just can't touch.
What I like about it- I like reading comic romance than I do with just all word books. I have read a few romance comics like this one and I can say that this is one that I have not seen a story line like this before. It was quite nice to see the artist put a spin on it. I think it would have been really interesting to see how the artist would have done this if it was a bad ending instead of a good ending

Age Matters- (By) Enjelicious + Romance
Summary- Rose is turning 30 soon, and not very happy about it. He's a billionaire whos the owner of one of the biggest social companies, who is about to get a new assistant. He's not too happy about that either. Over time they learn to become friends and lovers, all while working together in the tough, competitive world of business.
What I like about it- I usually read online, when reading online I tend to lean towards more romantic novels/comics. I don't usually go for ones that are on the popular/trending pages, like this one was. I decided to read the first few "episodes" that were available to readers. When reading I really enjoyed how quickly things started to pick up, as well as the overall comic style. The drawings are very well done. The plot that the story line had was something that Ii never heard of before. I mean who wouldn't be flattered or over the moon to have billionaire fall in love with them?
Murrz- (By) Murzz + Slice Of Life
Summary- This is a ongoing series that has over 500 "episodes." It is about the daily of Murrz and the life that she lives.
What I like about it- Sometimes quick easy reading is the best way to keep me engaged. Murrzs comics stripes length depend on the episode and what it's about. They are more on the slice of life and comedy side. I love that she doesn't tell us really anything about her personal life. She just gives us glimpses into her life, she doesn't share her name, her boyfriends name, she doesn't show her face nor her boyfriends face. This comic is just very homie, very much like a true slice of life. Murrz does not sugar coat anything.

Summary- After binge-watching beauty videos online, a shy comic book fan masters the art of makeup and sees her social standing skyrocket as she becomes her school's preetiest girl overnight. But will this status be short lived? How long can she keep her real self a secret? And what about the cute boy knows her secret?
What I like about it- I believe that they have actually made a kdrama about this (it's on netflix.) I like reading these kinds of books becuase they keep me intrigued. Theres a lot of drama that goes in, romance which is something that I have always been a sucker for.

Summary- This book is about bunnies. It gives you basic information about how to take care and privde for a bunny. Information on what to feed them, toys, how to pick the right bunny for you.
What I like about it- I have a bunny, when I got my bunny I didn't really know what to do him. I had a base idea on what to do but it still was really hard trying to figure out what to do with an animal that I have never had before. This book was able to dumb it down to a level of someone who has never owned a bunny before. It gives a lot of information on food, like what to feed your bunny and what not to feed a bunny.
The majority of the books that you see on here are from Webtoon. I have my phone with me everywhere and I read a lot on my phone rather than physical books. It's just easier for me.
