Thank you for your interest in the 2018 California State Search and Rescue Exercise (SAREX). Since the beginning of the California SAREX over thirty-five years ago, thousands of SAR Volunteers and Law Enforcement personnel have received valuable training that has helped save lives in our state and beyond.

This year, El Dorado County is hosting this annual event at the South Lake Tahoe Community College on September 7-9, 2018. We are anticipating about 500 search and rescue volunteers and sworn staff from a variety of specialized fields to attend this SAREX from all over the State of California. Other participants include members from Cal-OES, the California National Guard and various fire service organizations.

As a vendor, you will have a reserved spot in the main corridor area, access to electrical and wi-fi, your logo in our event program, meals, a tent camping spot and a receptive audience for your products. This year we are keeping the Vendor registration costs down to $50.00 per person for your team, plus a raffle prize donation minimum of $100 value.
