- BIO: Grant is a 29-year Placerville resident and a very active outdoorsman. He is a retired engineer/project manager who worked in the aerospace and electrical utility industries. He was a volunteer with the El Dorado Nordic Ski Patrol for 14-years. He has been a Type 1 Ground Team member of El Dorado County Search and Rescue for the past 12-years. He joined SAR’s Search Management Team two-years ago. He has expertise in avalanche awareness and winter safety
