Iron fist is a 5 track hip-hop EP, that uses sample-based production techniques to tell a story that highlights the physical and mental strength of women.

The production elements consist of samples we recorded live, such as interviews and sounds from our time with the Young Women's Boxing Project, which is run by Claire Birch. During these interviews we asked the young women questions related to boxing/combat sports, music, and what makes them strong.

The 5 tracks are hip-hop instrumentals intertwined with poetry and vocal storytelling to take the listener on a journey that reflects the timeline of a boxing match:
