The Concept:
The Concept:
My idea of the piece stems from the definition of Escapism. “the tendency to seek distraction and relief from unpleasant realities, especially by seeking entertainment or engaging in fantasy.” When designing for Yagan we had to keep in mind the audience walking past the tower and I wanted something that resonated with not only myself but those walking past, so if you’ve had a bad day at work, uni or in general walking past the tower and seeing my work should hopefully convey a feeling of escape and a better place.
