This isn't exactly the image I was hoping for, but the only opportunity I had to take this geometric shadows picture it wasn't exactly sunny out, which didn't exactly make it easy to get a picture of the shadow from a tree. To create this image I took the flashlight on my phone and used it to project the shadow of this twisty bit of a lamp. I deliberately made the shadow uneven, creating a little bit of informal balance, with the lamp on one side, and the shadow on the other. This one doesn't really fit my concentration, but I couldn't take any pictures outside, because there were no shadows, the one day this weekend it was sunny I didn't have my camera.
