Creative lighting

These were both taken outside at night so that you could really see the light better. I used a very slow shutter speed and relatively medium ISO, then drew with a flashlight to make these shapes. I drew several different shapes, but chose these two because of the tree relating to my concentration of nature, and lacrosse is my favorite sport and I thought it looked good.

Both images use formal balance, with the subject sitting in the center of the image, as well as high key lighting, considering they're coming from flashlights.I tried a few different way of doing this, I took some pictures of candles and matches, but in the end these ended up being the best with a super long exposure time

I wanted something to do with nature, and then the lacrosse one was more just because I really like lacrosse, and the season starts today. I love christmas and lacrosse. Maybe make them a little crisper.
