Dear Rio Grande Families,
GrandeFriends Day is happening on April 11, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m. This cherished tradition gives your child a chance to share their school experience with a GrandeFriend—a grandparent, relative, neighbor, or close family friend. While we love our parents, this event is designed just for GrandeFriends and students. Plus, it’s open to all grade levels! Not just our Grandes.
Please RSVP at the link below:
Don’t forget to encourage your loved ones to arrive early and join us for SPARK Night on April 9—an exciting, hands-on showcase of our Co-curricular programs that you won’t want to miss.
We look forward to welcoming your child’s GrandeFriend to campus and sharing the magic of our community!
Best,
Ahlum Scarola
Please Note:
This session is open to parents of any grade and students in 4th, 5th and 6th at this time. Thank you!
The 25-26 Academic Calendar is here for your planning and review!
Due to low order numbers, we have been keeping the ordering window for lunch open.
To ensure your order is received in time it is recommended to place your lunch orders at least a week ahead, for the following week.
Check weekly menus, load your bank, place orders and more at EZ School Apps.
Please ensure your students pack enough snacks to comfortably get them through the school day.
Dear RGS Community,
Mark your calendars for the RGS Annual Benefit Concert on Saturday, May 17! We are excited to offer sponsorship, party hosting and auction item opportunities for the RGS Benefit Concert, our annual event to benefit the Rio Grande School tuition assistance program. The concert will feature two of New Mexico’s most beloved bands: Nosotros and Todd and the Fox. There will also be a silent auction, food, drinks, and other fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
This free family-friendly event will be held on Saturday, May 17, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Nuckolls Brewing Company. We are sure that the auction, giveaways, drink specials, and more will attract families and crowds from all over New Mexico. All proceeds, including all sponsorships, will go directly to the RGS tuition assistance program, which provides families who cannot afford to pay full tuition to become (and remain) an essential part of the Rio Grande School Community.
Sponsoring our concert and providing silent auction items are ideal ways to promote your business to the larger Santa Fe and New Mexico communities while ensuring that any student from the community, regardless of financial means, has the opportunity to attend RGS.
There are tax-deductible sponsorship opportunities to fit every budget. Please CLICK HERE for sponsorship opportunities and to donate auction items. All sponsors of the concert will be highlighted on our website, at the concert, and in communications published and distributed to RGS families, alumni, and media outlets to advertise to the larger community. The auction will go live digitally on May 12, 2025, and will run throughout the concert.
Thank you in advance for helping to make the concert a success!
With gratitude,
The RGS Benefit Concert Committee and families who benefit from this vital work!
