Welcome to the First NewsGrande of the 2024-25 School Year!
Dear Rio Grande Families,
Welcome to the first edition of NewsGrande for the 2024-25 school year! You can expect this newsletter in your inbox every other Thursday at 4:30 PM. Along with my note, NewsGrande is a great way to stay updated on upcoming events and other important Rio Grande highlights you won’t want to miss.
This year, we are excited to introduce two new features: the Community Engagement Corner and the RGS Stars spotlight. Additionally, every edition of NewsGrande will be archived on our website (News/Event tab) for easy access whenever needed.
If there are any items or events that would benefit the entire community, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We look forward to staying connected throughout the year!

Reminder to place your lunch orders a week ahead, for the following week. Check weekly menus, load your bank, place orders and more at EZ School Apps. Please ensure your students are packing enough snacks to get them through the school day comfortably.
