ASAP classes run from 3:15 to 4:15.
After the ASAP class is over, students will be brought to the front for pick up. If students are not picked up by 4:20 pm, they will be sent to aftercare.
Aftercare for grades K-6 will be in the 5/6 Building.
Aftercare is an $18 daily flat fee. You will not be charged for time in aftercare before an ASAP class, but after 4:20 pm, the charge applies.
Aftercare ends promptly at 5:00.

Board Meeting Summary
The School Board met on December 16th, 2025.
Accreditation Visit Preparation: The school is finalizing documents and schedules for the upcoming January accreditation visit by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest (ISAS). ISAS is on-site this week for their visit.
Successful Community Events: Ahlum reported on a busy period of service activities, including food and cereal drives, as well as the lively and successful Faralito Night.
Admissions Update: Alex presented recent admissions updates. Enrollment for the Pequenos program is on track, with strong family contacts and positive feedback on school tours. Enrollment is expected to fill to sixteen students.
Development & Fundraising: The Annual Fund has reached $153,943.95 to date. Development information has been made more accessible on the school's website, and an alumni event occurred prior to winter break.
Tuition Discussion: Following a review of the school's financial stability, peer tuition data, and long-term strategy, the Board approved tuition for the upcoming year to cover rising costs (healthcare, salaries, inflation) and ensure the maintenance of specialist positions.
Tuition Collection Process: The school is implementing clearer and more frequent communication regarding accounts and is working to transition families from manual payments to autopay.
