Pickleball and wine tasting were front and center Tuesday night during our Community Engagement Evening. I can confidently say that everyone had fun—whether you were sipping a bold red or fiercely battling for pickleball glory! The night began with a family-style dinner in our main hallway, where participants shared pasta and conversation with community members they might not have met. These events foster a sense of belonging for our families and deepen connections across lines of difference and similarity. You can read more on our website.
At Rio Grande, we are dedicated to our mission and core values. We believe in honoring and recognizing the individuality of each community member and strive to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Through events like these, we continue to build a community where all families feel a true sense of belonging.
Sincerely,
Ahlum Scarola

Dear Families,
To ensure your child is safe and comfortable during physical education classes, please remind them to wear appropriate physical education attire on the days that they have PE.
Proper attire, like athletic shoes, comfortable shorts or pants, and breathable shirts, helps students move freely and safely, reduces the risk of injuries, and keeps them comfortable.
I appreciate your support!
