If your laptop is broken and unable to function, please try restarting the machine.
If the issue persists, please reach out to Sam Haas, the Senior Operations and Data Associate to provide information on the issue. He will look into the problem and determine if it is something that can be fixed internally, or if the user will need to reach out to the central IS&T team, at jpal-na-it@mit.edu.
In the meantime, users should take a loaner laptop from the middle section of the cabinet in the back of the office, and be sure to indicate you have done so on the sign out sheet.
