For all requests for supplies for the office, kitchen, and printer as well as any subscriptions, memberships, consultants, computers, or other miscellaneous expenses, employees should complete the J-PAL NA Expense and Maintenance Request Form.
(Note: This form is also to be used if an employee has a maintenance request for their space or the office in general).
Responses will be routed to the Finance team, who will then determine the appropriate purchase method and cost object to be used. Please provide as much detail as possible to inform these decisions. They will follow up with the employee as soon as they are able.
