Dear Elementary Parents and Community,
I’m resharing a few items from last week in case you missed them. We hope you and your families can join us for Movie Night on Friday, February 27, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. Details are listed below.
In addition, we are looking for parents who would like to share their professions with our students on ES Career Day. The sign-up link is included in this letter.

NOVA Summer Camp 2026 - Save the Date!
We are excited to share the dates for this year’s NOVA Summer Camp!
Monday, June 15 – Friday, July 3
Three full weeks of learning, creativity, movement, and summer fun.
Please mark your calendars — more details regarding registration, weekly activities, and cost will follow soon.

ES Movie Night - Friday, February 27, 6:00-8:00 pm
We will host our second ES Movie Night at the end of the month. We will show two movies, High School Musical and Toy Story 4. The PTA will be in the Cafeteria selling snacks and drinks. You are welcome to bring your own food/drinks, pillows, and blankets. Please note that you must accompany your children and stay on campus with them the entire night. This is a family night and not a babysitting service. If students show up unaccompanied by a parent, they will be asked to leave.
Featured Learning
First graders crafted creative projects to celebrate the 100th day of school. They each chose 100 items and used them to create a unique display. Students proudly shared how they counted to 100, some by ones, some by bundles of ten, and others by fives. It was a rich and engaging learning experience for everyone.
Elementary School Career Day – Parent Presenters Needed!
The PTA is seeking parents to share their careers for our upcoming Elementary School Career Day! Registration is open now through Wednesday, February 18.

Who Can Present?
All parents of Nova students are invited to participate, regardless of your child’s division. All professions are welcome! You simply need to be willing to answer students’ questions and share your career in a fun, engaging, and interactive way.
