Lunch Menu # 1 (Week of December 15-19)

Dear Elementary Parents and Community,

It was wonderful to see the Nova Smurf Winter Performance come together. After watching the children practice alongside their drama coaches, witnessing the final product was truly incredible. Our students learned to collaborate, communicate, and support one another. Some began the process feeling shy or uncertain about performing, yet in the end, they stepped onto the stage with confidence and gave it their all.

I would like to once again extend my sincere appreciation to our outstanding team of teachers:

Hour of AI - Grades 3, 4, and 5 will pilot the AI training organized by the RAIL team. Today, they participated in the Hour of AI workshop facilitated by Nikola and Dragana Stikovi from Science for Kids (Nauka za deca), in the ES auditorium. Students will be introduced to the basics of AI and take part in an interactive project. Specialty classes for gr. 3, 4 & 5 during this time will be canceled. Specialty and homeroom teachers may arrange among themselves who will stay with the students in the auditorium during the workshop or alternate as needed. Snack/recess for these grades will be shortened or begin earlier, to finish by 9:30.
