Business plans for expansion

Our story started with identification of a grave problem of Child sexual abuse prevalent in the society since time immemorial. Understanding of the existing societal structure and government’s system for the upliftment of child lead to the identification of gaps in the existing family system in Urban spaces. Listen beyond silence visioned to expand in areas of child development particularly in creating awareness and protecting children from any kind of abuse, through family well being.

Communication Expansion

Marketing and communication about the service to the parents in their urban spaces will require the organisation to employ trending platform for reaching to it’s consumer and thus gain popularity. A team of marketing designers will be required to understand the consupmtion pattern of adults who are the prospect parents. Collaborations with other stakeholders directly involved with the consumer will also aid to our reaching out to the target audience.

Support Expansion

Through online platforms a network of parents can be developed where parents can get connected zone wise largely the selection of the zone will be based on few crucial parameters such as cultures, geographies to discuss on range of issues and concerns about child’s well being.

Outsorced Network of Experts to answer any doubt raised by parents.
E- database on child’s growth and development along with tips and tools of parenting.

Activity Expansion

Addition of new activities and improvisation on the existing activities in direction of enabling parents to understand their child better.
Introduction of Stage 3, curated activities and session for spreading awareness about misconduct. abuse and neglect.
Co-creation workshop aim at deriving solutions to the existing problems in family system with the help of parents.

Front - end Expansion

Reach Expansion

Listen beyond silence over the next 15 years vissions to increase it’s reach so that it can effectly engulf all the prospect parents. The next phase includes expansion in schools where activities will curated in a way where teachers and parents will come together to understand and help child to move towards better future. Further in order to increase our reach we aim to collaborate with gynecologists who will act as a bridge between listen beyond silence and prospect parents, thus increasing the reach of our service and acts as support system for the service. The 4th phase targets at the parents in offices and factories, which may indulge in the initiative for CSR activity.
