Facilitating a platform for exchange of expertise
and experience with institutes, benefiting both equally
Collaborating with all educational and professional institutes
Delivering real-life applications and experiences through collaborative method between two or more elderly
We would firstly have to build a 'Guru Bank' with at least 50 elderly, on board with us.
While selecting the elderly, we will have to make sure that they are all from different backgrounds and have different fortes which will be beneficial to empower young minds.
Collaborating with multiple schools and educational institutes with a minimum period of 6 months.
Curating the sessions and workshops according to the need to the hour (from the perspective of students) and the strengths of the Gurus.
Facilitating a platform for exchange of expertise & experience
with individuals seeking professional consultancy.
Building a ‘Guru Bank’ of at least 100 Gurus with two years of successful execution of the first phase of service strategy.
These Gurus will be meticulously selected to cover various categories of professional and other skill-based fortes.
Thorough research on the need for professional advice in younger generations.
Detailed planning of how to connect and mediate interaction between Gurus and seekers of consultancy
Building an online platform for seekers to select the category and slot reservation for the service.
Designing a physical space for the two individuals to interact.
With the help of the Guru Bank, we will connect an individual seeking professional consultancy or advice with the help of an experienced individual in the field.
It will equip the younger generation with better decision-making capabilities based on a broader outlook.
We will be catering young entrepreneurs and individuals seeking a professional switch or seeking professional and experienced guidance.
This will create mutual respect between different generations and individuals.
Also with Guru Bank already created in the first phase, it will be helpful to step up with a slightly challenging next target.
Branching out in various sectors for progression
of elderly
Household
Imbibing in youth the regional, religious, cultural and traditional values.
Teaching household practices of sustainable living in day-to-day lives
Working lower middle class
Book household chores and tasks, like repair work or grocery shopping, with an elderly
Working middle class
Providing tiffin box service or freshly cooked food to kids and other members of the family, where both parents are working.
Hiring elderly help as a child’s caregiver or babysitter.
Elderly working as homework managers for students in residential spaces
These opportunities were derived as a branched out way, in which we can empower the elderly generation of not just the educated classes, but also the disadvantaged, so that there is social inclusion and respect for them in the society.
We do realize that these opportunity ideas may not benefit GrayGuru (as a business) financially.
Nevertheless, these action plans were solely to benefit and empower the elderly generation.
