As rightly said by Margaret Mead, children are like the fresh buds blooming with vitality and having an innate curiosity to learn, but the most essential part in upbringing a child is to enable in him the capability to handle him in the world. Unfortunately, every child does not receive the love of their parents, but there are good souls who are working wholeheartedly for providing care and affection to these children.

Our team works towards helping and supporting the people working towards the betterment of the children and the society.

Goals

Goals represent the statements which needs to be accomplished for implementing the strategies. We defined goals which would enable us in the implication of our strategies

-Regular theoretical and pragmatic sessions for the caregiver.

-Regular Interactive sessions between child and caregiver.

-Constant sessions and guidance by the experts in child’s psychology.

-Establishing a positive atmosphere around the children.

-Confidence building of the caregiver.

Objectives

We as an organisation focus on over-all development of the caregiver for improving their working abilities.

We cater to both Short term and Long term needs of the children for social development with the help of caregivers.

We work towards building partnerships with experts to support and maintain the quality of service.

We work on making the relationship between caregiver and child stronger through interactive sessions.

Using regular observations and assessments to support every child’s needs across all developmental domains.

Constant research and innovation for quality improvement.

Formation of the Strategies

Based on the research and insights we formulated strategies for the execution of our service so as to achieve the Vision.

-Cater to both short and long term needs of the children for the social development with the help of the caregiver: This strategy involves providing the children and the caregivers Short term as well as Long term implication of the program for catering to both immediate as well as future needs for achievement of social development.

-Helping the caregiver to make them understand child psychology and behavior: This strategy involves enabling the caregivers to develop the ability to understand the behavior of the children and their psychology for dealing with them in a better way.

-Promoting shared experiences between children and caregiver: This strategy involves sharing of experiences and emotions for development of bonds between the children and the caregivers which will help in increasing human interaction and understanding of relationships.

-Using regular observation and assessment of the program for constant improvisation of the service: This strategy involves regular assessment of the aftereffects of the service with the help of feedback's and constant observation and analysis, which helps in constant improvisation of the service and maintains the quality of delivery of the service.

-Overall development of the caregiver for improving their working abilities: This strategy emphasizes on the growth and development of the caregivers as they are the ones in the closest proximity of the children and improving their abilities will lead to their development as well as providing quality care to the children.

-Following an unbiased approach in designing and implementing an activity: This strategy focuses on inclusiveness and designs and formulates activities on the basis of all types of children including mentally and physically insufficient children.

-Collaborating with experts for delivering high quality service: This strategy involves collaborating with experts and specialists for formation and validation of different aspects of the service in the right manner.

Formation of Action Plan

Action plan lists the actions taken during the execution of the service and leads to the achievement of the objectives and attainment of the Vision. We formulated the Action Plans for listing down the essential actions that have to be performed throughout the execution of the service.

-Implementation of the service in three well defined phases.

-Categorization of the activities in the phases for proper implementation and understanding.

-Introduction of new methods and techniques for implementation of the service.

-Promotion of service through various mediums.

-Expansion of the service in the required different domains.
