Healthy Lifestyle Habits
There are many things you can do for your long-term health. You don't necessarily need to be very physically active to stay healthy (Harvard Health Publishing). I believe there are many things that we can implement easily in our daily life as healthy lifestyle habits. For example, I take the stairs 99% of the time to the 4th floor in Venture II. I park my car a little bit further down so that I get the extra steps. I have meetings outside by walking if we don't need computers. And yes, Caroline and I had a meeting the other day talking about a few projects and walked 6+ miles! Adding up small daily choices nourish and benefit health.
