Happy Retirement
Congratulations to Ms. Luz Davila. She retired from NC State University after working for 23 years at the University. We truly appreciate what she has done for CIPM and miss her dearly.
The retirement party on July 28 was great! Great crowd and wonderful food. It was a fantastic way to say "Thank You" to Luz. Thank you for coming to the party and bringing delicious food.
We have a wonderful CIPM Family Recipe book. Thank you for sharing your recipes. Some recipes seem challenging to make for me, but my plan is to cook every dish from the book. Please let us know your thoughts if you make some of the dishes. And let's update the CIPM Family Recipe book in a few months (maybe holiday recipe book?).
