Professional profile: Pedro León Vivas is an assistant professor in the School of Education at Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and associate professor in the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences at Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano (Rosario, Argentina). He is currently working on his PhD thesis in the Faculty of Education at the University of Barcelona. His research is on the field of leadership practices to promote and sustain profound changes in the traditional grammar of schooling. From 2015 to 2019, he held the position of Supervisor of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina. His main responsibilities during this role concerned the implementation of public policies in the educational system along with the provision of advisory support to principals. He worked for more than 10 years as Principal of a higher education college in Rosario, Argentina.
