Ahmet Su

Professional appointment: PhD, PhD-2 Student, Department of LHAE, OISE, University of Toronto Professional profile: Dr. Ahmet Su started his professional career as an EFL teacher at a public boarding school where he worked for 14 months before stepping into higher education. He taught English at the higher education level for one year. Later, he worked as a research assistant at Afyon Kocatepe University and Akdeniz University in Turkey where he contributed to the organization of various conferences and scientific meetings. He completed his MA and PhD degrees in these institutions. Dr. Su worked as a Visiting Scholar at Mount Royal University with Prof. Charlie Webber and as a post-doctoral researcher (distantly) at Akdeniz University with Prof. Engin Karadag.
Dr. Su is a member of various educational associations in Turkey. He was formerly the editorial assistant (2015-2021) and currently is an associate editor for the Research in Educational Administration and Leadership journal (REAL). He has published in various national and international journals and attended educational conferences. Dr. Su is also the research coordinator at Center for the Study of Canadian and International Higher Education and currently working towards his second doctoral degree in Higher Education at the University of Toronto.
