No active error messages
Sufficient ink levels for your job
Confirm your file is:
High‑resolution (300 DPI recommended)
Sized correctly for the media
In a supported format (PDF, TIFF, JPEG)
Use the dedicated workstation with the Epson driver installed
Ask for help if you’re unsure about media loading — the roll system is delicate
Loading Media
Roll loading requires careful alignment; do not force the spindle
Cut sheets must be fed straight and supported to avoid skew
Print Settings
Select correct media type (photo paper, matte, canvas, etc.)
Choose appropriate quality mode — higher quality dramatically increases print time
Disable automatic color correction if your file is already color‑managed
During Printing
Stay nearby; do not leave the printer unattended
Watch for head strikes or skewing — cancel immediately if the print is compromised
After Printing
Allow prints to dry fully before handling
Trim edges using the large cutting mat, not the printer itself
Remove your media if you loaded a personal roll
