Always wear eye protection and hearing protection.
Keep hands clear of the bit and fence area.
Use push blocks, featherboards, or jigs for small parts.
Never adjust the fence or bit height with the motor running.
Ensure the bit is fully seated and collet tightened securely.
Confirm the router speed is appropriate for the bit diameter.
Do not force the workpiece — maintain steady, controlled feed.
Keep the table surface clean and free of debris.

→ Slow feed, check bit sharpness, stabilize workpiece.
Poor cut quality
→ Re‑align fence, adjust height, verify bit condition.
Bit slippage
→ Tighten collet, ensure bit is properly seated.
Do not leave bits installed after use.
Report damaged bits or worn collets.
Keep drawers organized.
