Guidelines for bringing visitors to Loveland CreatorSpace.
Loveland CreatorSpace welcomes guests, friends, and family members who want to see the space, learn about our community, or observe a project. To keep the space safe and ensure all visitors have a positive experience, members must follow the guest policy outlined below.
Guests are welcome — but they must be supervised, safe, and respectful of the space.
Some areas require a signed Guest Waiver before entry.
The guest policy ensures that:
Visitors remain safe while inside the facility
Members understand their responsibilities when hosting guests
Restricted tools and areas are used only by authorized members
Liability and insurance requirements are met
The space remains organized and distraction‑free
Guests are welcome, but members are responsible for their guests at all times.
Loveland CreatorSpace requires a one‑time Guest Waiver for any guest who passes through the door from the front (classroom, electronics, 3D Printers) to the shop (Wood Shop, Metal Shop, CNC, Lasers). If a guest stays up front, no guest waiver is required.
Guests must sign the waiver before entering:
Woodshop
Metal shop
Laser cutters
Kiln area
Any other designated high‑risk shop
Once signed, the waiver remains valid for future visits.
Guests do not need a waiver if they remain in:
Classroom
3D printing area
Electronics lab
Guests who do not enter shop areas may visit without signing the waiver.
Members must:
Ensure the waiver is signed before a guest enters a shop
Confirm the guest understands basic safety expectations
Keep guests out of restricted areas unless properly supervised
A guest is any non‑member who enters the building, including:
Friends or family
Children or minors

If someone is not an active member, they are a guest.

Prospective members only need to sign the waiver if entering shop areas.
For safety and insurance reasons:
