Area Leads help maintain safe, organized, and functional work areas within Loveland CreatorSpace. Each Lead is the primary point of contact for questions, training needs, and issues related to their assigned area. Leads support day‑to‑day stewardship and help ensure members have a positive experience.
Maintain safety standards
Support new members learning equipment
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Keep areas clean and organized
Provide feedback to the Board
Assist with tool authorization processes
Find who oversees each shop area
Request training or authorization
Report issues or broken tools
Ask for guidance on best practices
Access related documentation and forms

Attend periodic Lead check‑ins

Submit an Incident Report for safety concerns
Tag issues in the appropriate Slack/Discord channel
