This 20 week foundational art course will cover a wide range of visual art disciplines using a variety of art media and techniques. Topics will include: Elements and Principles of Design, Image Strategies, Colour Theory, Drawing and Painting, Oil Pastels, Lino Cut Prints, Paper Mache, Graphic Design, and Art History. Upon completion, students will acquire the basic skills and confidence to continue to the next level of visual arts in their chosen areas of interest. Awaken the artist within you!
