250g Fflwr Codi / self-raising flour
2 x 5ml llwy o bowdr codi / spoon baking powder
1 x 5ml llwy o bowdr sinamon /spoon cinnamon powder
100g siwgr mân / caster sugar
250ml o laeth / milk
1 ŵy / egg
90ml olew / oil
150g Llus / blueberries
12 casyn myffin / muffin cases
Dull / Method
Cynheswch y popty i 180ºC neu farc nwy 4.
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC or gas mark 4.
Hidlwch y blawd, powdr pobi, siwgr a sinamon i bowlen fawr.
Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon into a large bowl.
Chwisgwch yr wy mewn powlen fach gan ddefnyddio fforc.
Whisk the egg in a small bowl using a fork.
Arllwyswch y llaeth, yr olew a'r wy i'r cymysgedd blawd a'i gymysgu'n dda i ffurfio cytew llyfn.
Pour the milk, oil and egg into the flour mixture and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Ychwanegwch y llus i mewn. Stir in the blueberries.
Rhowch y cymysgedd yn y casys myffins.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases.
Pobwch am 20 – 25 munud nes bod y myffins wedi codi ac yn frown euraid.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until the muffins have risen and are golden brown.
Tynnwch y myffins allan o'r tun yn ofalus a gadewch iddynt oeri ar rac oeri.
Carefully take the muffins out of the tin and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
