Course overview - Study Period 1 and 2
This term learners will be studying what an Amphitheatre is and will be learning the characteristics of Greek Theatre. They will look at what theatre was like in ancient Greece and how this has developed modern theatre practices.. They will look at chorus work and develop their use of voice. Learners will work together in groups which can help build on their leadership and teamwork skills along with working on characterisation and building on their confidence as a performer. This will help learners understand how to work with a script which will support future studies.
