On February 6th, the T.A. Blakelock DECA chapter headed to the Toronto Sheraton Hotel to put their business skills to the test. Competing against over 6,500 students across two days, our team proved they could hold their own against the best in the province.
The T.A. Blakelock team was ready, with months of preparation behind them. Students competed in a variety of topics, from Human Resources to Finance. The actual competition consisted of two parts: a 100-question business exam and a business roleplay, where students demonstrated their knowledge and communication to a real-world business professional.
The competition was fierce, but the TAB team rose to the occasion, bringing home three medals. A huge congratulations to our standout performers.
