The Blakelock Golf Team

Blakelock’s most talented golfers: Nicolas Haneberry, Tyler Colwill, Davis McArter, and Joshua Maher, have proven themselves to be skilled at the sport they love. 

In a competition that involved fifteen high school teams, Blakelock made an eighth-place finish. These competitions were played at Knollwood, Turtle Creek, and Hidden Lake Golf Course. 

This success showed Blakelock athletes' effort, strong teamwork, and their clear passion for the sport, proving that they can go head-to-head with some tough competition.

One player who stood out during the season was Tyler Colwill. At the Hidden Lake Tournament, he earned 4th-place out of all of the competing high school students. Tyler's talent and dedication played a very important role in the team's outcome at each of the tournaments and the overall success of the team.

Nicolas Haneberry, Davis McArter, and Joshua Maher were all crucial team members who contributed significantly to the team's achievements throughout the season. Their consistent performances and strong support for one another was essential for the Tigers’ overall results in each of the tournaments.

Together, the Tigers formed a strong team which displayed the golf team's value of teamwork. Their encouragement for each other during each practice and at all of the competitions played a huge part in the team's success throughout the season.
