Ag Science

Term 3:

We studied Agricultural Science in term 3 with Ms. Rodgers.

While in lockdown we learned all about the soil and had to write about the factors that influence soil formation.

We then went on and learned about plant/animal cells. We did research about Stem cells and whether stem cell research should be allowed too.

After coming back to school we watched some documentaries about soil and the ocean, which were very interesting.

We also went outside and identified plants and animals in the grassland ecosystem around our school.

Ag Science is a great subject for people who are into farming, but you don't have to be a farmer to do it. If you're interested in plants and ecology and farming operations that you should enjoy it!
