From the Ministry of Education
Read the information and click Request Your High School Transcript.
Student Information - complete the form, click NEXT.
Contact Information - Complete the form using a personal email, click NEXT.
Identity Confirmation - Complete the form, click NEXT. (You will need a piece of government issued-ID and will be required to take a selfie).
Check your inbox for an email from MyCreds.
Open the email, read the information, click REGISTER.
MyCreds Account Registration - Enter your details and create a password.
Enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
Sign In! (you may need to enter a second verification code after this).
WELCOME TO MYCREDS!
Documents- You should be able to see a box that says "Transcript of Secondary Level Achievement". Click on it.
Purchase a Share Credit to be able to view and share your transcript. Click on your transcript from the documents page and fill in the payment form with a valid credit card; it will charge $15.00.
Share your Transcript (digitally) -
Start on the DOCUMENTS tab
Click on your transcript
Find the blue SHARE button
Choose "Organization" to send it to a university or college. Hit CONTINUE.
Complete the form. Click SHARE.
Check that it arrived - On the top of the MyCreds site there is a tab called "Sharing". Click on it. There will be a list of all the people/institutions/organizations that you have shared with. Click on the specific one you are checking on. This will take you to a page where you can see how many times it has been viewed and when those views took place.
Printing Your Transcript - You can print a paper copy of your transcript at any time. Just go back to documents, click on your transcript, place your cursor overtop the document and hit CTRL+P to print (or if you have an apple device, command + P)
