Nobody’s Perfect – Positive Parenting Program
This is a space for parents to come together to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and self-confidence, all of which are vital elements to healthy and effective parenting. The facilitator-led group encourages a strong and supportive social network among participants.

When Anger Gets in the Way of Parenting
Everyone gets angry sometimes. This group offers guidance to you as a parent or caregiver wishing to examine the impact anger may have on your children. You will learn how to manage your emotions in a safe and respectful manner and find new ways to interact with your children.

Effective Co-Parenting
This group provides information about the needs of parents, children, and families coping with separation and divorce.
You will learn skills for improving communication, resolving conflict, and managing the day-to-day realities of being parents who are no longer in a relationship, all focused on putting the needs of your children first.

Has your teen been talking back to you? Sneaking out? Drinking? Engaging in dangerous or risky behaviour? Parenting teenagers can be a difficult task but gaining new strategies and talking with parents in similar situations can make it easier. Bridging the Gap is a group for parents of challenging teens. In this group, you will be able to talk about your issues, receive ideas, support, and feedback.

Navigating Parenting: Neurodiverse is a program focusing on the challenges and joys of parenting neurodivergent children/youth. Children with neurological differences may include, but are not limited to those with:

Your child does not need a formal diagnosis for you to participate in this group.
This group will provide parents with a safe place to connect with others facing similar issues. There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.
This program is for all parents and caregivers, regardless of the child’s age, or whether the child is in the parent’s care.
