Saskatchewan Youth Apprenticeship: This provincial program gives high school students the opportunity to learn more about skilled trades career pathways and gain a head start should they register as an apprentice after graduation. The SIEC team supports teachers and school champions who need more information, and we can work individually with students who do not have someone in their school to facilitate the program.
Please direct students to the SIEC website to register: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScfWBPrst3YcQLZmzR8raghxf9yKKTu2BBHhWOmN0fB_ShseA/viewform
For students who have started the program, we can provide an opportunity to interview a journeyperson via phone or email for “Level 2, Challenge 2 – Interview a Journeyperson”
Students can send requests for the interview task at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfGFeROeNjRClfUNPll1wZZGtafbIVJaXsNXwlP8EYs4oqVag/viewform
