Workout 9: Abs & flexibility
Focus: core & flexibility (legs and back)
cardio- 100 jumping jacks or 50 high knees
30 second hollow hold
15 oblique leans with kettlebell (skip if doing w/o equipment)
30 second bridge w/ left leg lifted
30 second bridge w/ right leg lifted
20 knee bridges (backbend from your knees)
20 lying side leg raises (right, then left)
15 straddle leg lifts per leg (right, left, then together)
10 leg pulse per leg
1 minute splits w/ stepper (raised surface- roll up a towel)
